RONALDO TIPS HAZARD AS FUTURE BALLON D'OR WINNER

After an indifferent 2015 / 2016 season, the Belgian once again became a world-class operative as Chelsea marched to the 2016 / 2017 Premier League title.

Unfortunately, a lack of European football kept Hazard`s sparkling talents confined to our shores as opposed to be show-cased all around Europe.

Such a restriction most probably prevented Hazard being given more than just lip-service when it came to serious nominations for the prestigious Ballon d`Or.

However, somebody who has won the award on several occasions, Cristiano Ronaldo, according to The Sun is convinced that the talented Belgian is amongst a group of players who can, one day, succeed him, with Ronaldo naming the following as candidates:

• Marco Asensio

• Kylian Mbappe

• Marcus Rashford

• Ousmane Dembele

• Neymar

• Eden Hazard
